How Does This Work?
Marketing something as important as your business requires trust. I understand it may feel risky to bring on someone new to help, especially someone you found on the internet.
That’s why most times I don't recommend we jump right into a big project. The steps below allow us to get acquainted and establish a strong working relationship before either of us make any big commitments of time or money.
Here’s how the process works from here:
Step 1: You Complete an Application
This one's pretty straightforward. I ask you a few questions so I can get a basic understanding of your business.
I'll review your application within 24-48 hours. If I think I'm the right person to help, I'll reach out to schedule a call with you.
If I don’t think we’re a fit, I’ll still reach out and do my best to help you. If possible, I’ll guide you towards something or someone that is a better fit for what you need.
Step 2: We Have a 30-minute Discovery Call
We’ll have a short conversation so we can get to know each other and talk more in-depth about what you’re looking for.
Step 3: We'll Start With a Preliminary Project
Think of this preliminary project as the first part of a larger project. Most times I'll recommend we start here, rather than jumping into a bigger project.
Why not go straight to the large project? A couple reasons:
(1) We get a chance to work together on something small (but still highly valuable to you), before committing to anything larger.
(2) You have the opportunity to discover whether you enjoy working with me. If you do, awesome! If not, you can walk away after this project without having made any big commitments of time or money.
There's no obligation either way. Whether you choose to continue working with me or not, you’ll walk away with valuable insights and an action plan for what to do next.

Excellent question, and I’m glad you asked. First, let me ask you some questions:

There is a LOT of work that goes into creating marketing that delivers you results for years to come. It’s not as simple as you sending a check and a week later receiving a piece of marketing that generates revenue for your business forever.
And while it might be in MY short-term interest to jump straight into a big project (if all I wanted was to get your money as fast as possible), I know we’ll see the best results by building a strong working relationship first.
I run my business with great client results as the measure of success. That’s what’s most important to me. And that’s why I know it’s in YOUR best interest (and therefore, my best long-term interest) to do things this way.
